At Celestron, we stand behind the quality of our optical instruments and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and attach the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice.
Processing and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5 to 7 business days.
